Psychotherapy —  individual therapy. (available in person or by phone) Understand your longstanding patterns and heal relationship baggage. (It may be possible to use your insurance). $150 per 50 minute weekly session.

Dating Coaching Overview

Individual dating coaching sessions address your relationship goals. Discover how to actualize them through action steps and insight. The coaching relationship is a process and best results happen with at least a 6-month commitment.

Due to popular request, some step-wise packages were created:

Getting Your Feet Wet

The Dating Consultation: $125 for a 40-minute dating coaching consult around a specific issue.

The Dating Diagnosis: This package consists of 3 forty-minute sessions to determine which dating areas need work and then we co-create an initial ‘Dating Action Plan’ for you. This Assessment package is $380.

Dating Questions Through Email: If you have a burning question about a particular dating situation for Dr. Sherman, she will answer you for $30. If you become a member of our dating site for only $37.95 a year, you’ll get 2 dating e-mail questions free as part of your membership benefit! A terrific value!

Dating Support Group:
An ongoing weekly support group (with up to 12 people) to discuss your dating progress, share with like-minded singles and receive supportive dating coaching to apply ‘Dating From The Inside-Out’ principles’ to your dating experiences.  Cost is $120 per month.

Dating Coaching Packages

Dating coaching is a process of finding out what stops you from moving forward in your love life, what you want to create and how to get it. This usually requires a commitment of at least 3-6 months of coaching. Here are the packages:

Package One: 2 dating sessions a month plus HW each week= $300

Package Two: 3 dating sessions a month plus HW each week=$450

Package Three: 4 dating coaching sessions a month plus HW each week=$600

 

Other Dating Coaching Services

E-Coaching- email interaction at least once a week around your dating issues . This is geared towards people who travel. $300 per month.

Dating Action Plan- Two 45-minute sessions by phone or in person. Cost is $300 per person.

Tele-classes- Class list will be posted. Tele-classes are a 5-week series for $169.

Dating Role Plays- Practice dating by acting out mock dating situations. Improve your conversational skills, overcome fears and manifest strengths in a safe setting.  Cost is $125 per 40-minute session.  (This can be done by phone but is better assessed in person)

Couples Therapy: Your relationship is a life-time endeavor. Learn to communicate, get beyond obstacles, meet each other’s needs and nurture your relationship over time. Couple’s therapy requires a weekly commitment of at least 4 months. Each session is $200 and is best done in person. (Sometimes insurance will be accepted)

Engagement Coaching- Choosing a spouse is the most important choice you ever make. It is often a good idea to see a professional for a few sessions to ensure that you have discussed the important issues to make sure that you and your fiancée are on the same page. Each couples coaching session is $200 for 50 minutes. It is best to come together in person.  If this is not possible, sessions can be done via conference phone.   

Creating Your Shared Vision- Learn what questions to ask to create the life of your dreams together. Purchase my e-workbook for $8.99 and then come in for a session. You will construct a shared vision of what you want to create together going forward. This involves at least a 2 month commitment of weekly sessions at a cost of $200 per session.

Bring Romance Into Your Marriage –Relationships require nurturing. Learn to consciously create fun and romance in your relationship in an on-going way. Download my e-book, ‘100 Ways to Treat Your Mate Like Royalty" for $8.99 to jumpstart your relationship (under Products) and then participate in 4 coaching sessions to create life-long romance in your relationship. Cost is $200 per 50-minute session.

Learn to Bring Romance Into Your Marriage –Relationships require tending. Learn to consciously create fun and romance in your relationship in an on-going way. Create a Marriage Action Plan- Discuss the five major areas in your relationship and create an action plan to address each one in your marriage. This package consists of 6 hour-long sessions. The Cost is $1200.

Learn About Each Other's Main Needs and Fulfill Them-One of the biggest problems in marriage is unmet needs. Learn to address this in your relationship. Sessions are $200 and the average couple takes 5 sessions to do this but it varies.

Ceremonies- Dr. Sherman initiates clients into new levels of relationship with themselves and others. She loves creating loving personal, spiritual ceremonies to make these celebrations memorable. Common ceremonies include:

• Marrying Yourself- Publicly commit to take action on creating the life you want instead of waiting for a par
• Wedding Ceremonies for a Couple- A ceremony that reflects the learning, goals, values and commitment of that couple.
• Engagement Ceremonies- People have engagement parties, but why not a small special ceremony for family and friends to express why you are taking this next step? This ceremony provides the opportunity to clarify what you want to achieve together in your next preparatory year before marriage. If you read my book, you will know that you can also get engaged to and marry yourself!

All ceremonies led by Dr. Sherman must be planned in advance. The meaning must be understood by all parties. It is $150 for each hour of initial consultation/planning and $200 per ceremonial hour. Most simple ceremonies last 1 hour to perform. Travel times of more than a half hour will be paid time.
